By accessing or using Karkai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. Karkai provides an AI-powered social media management and writing assistant tool, and by using our platform, you acknowledge that content generated by AI is subject to your review and final approval.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the original text, links, and assets you input into Karkai. The designs, layout, code, brand components, and features of the Karkai platform are and will remain the exclusive property of Karkai and its licensors. For content generated by our AI engines (e.g. posts, carousels, hashtags, or graphics), Karkai grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to modify, publish, and distribute that content across social media channels.
You agree not to use Karkai to generate content that: is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise offensive; infringes upon any trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights; propagates malicious software, viruses, or spam; or misrepresents your identity or affiliation. We reserve the right to review and remove content or terminate user accounts that violate these restrictions.
Karkai is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. Karkai makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content or uptime. In no event shall Karkai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
