We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, editing your Brand Kit, and writing posts. This includes your name, email address, profile photo, social media handles, and the example social media posts or brand guides you upload to train the Karkai Brand Memory model. We also automatically collect standard analytics such as IP address, browser type, and site usage patterns.
We use the information collected to run, maintain, and optimize Karkai. Your Brand Kit inputs and post examples are specifically used to train your private voice model, ensuring our AI utilities generate text mirroring your unique styling. Your brand data is kept private to your account and is never used to train global AI models or shared with other workspaces.
We use cookies and similar tracking tools to maintain your session, authenticate your dashboard requests, and remember your dashboard settings (such as platform preferences, media queues, and sidebar states). You can manage cookie settings in your browser, though disabling them may impact some platform functions.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data or uploaded brand texts to third parties. We employ industry-standard security measures (including secure database storage, SSL encryption, and isolated workspaces) to protect your inputs from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Third-party integrations (such as AI API providers) process content securely under confidentiality agreements.
Depending on your location, you have rights to access, correct, port, or request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your chat sessions, clear your AI assistant history, update your Brand Kit, and delete your assets directly from your account settings at any time. To request a complete deletion of your account and all associated brand data, contact us directly.
If you wish to terminate your account and wipe all database tables linked to your workspaces permanently, let us know.
